Many customers like to know who is behind the business. Here we describe our company history, our philosophy, and our staff.

History

We have been in the janitorial service industry since 1978.  Working around the country in major cities like Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Charlotte, Green Bay and Milwaukee for both national and international service firms.
In August of 1999 we decided to take all the experience and knowledge we gained cleaning and managing 65+ skyscrapers, office buildings, college campuses, hospitals, major industrial sites, retail stores, many other facilities and launch L & K Office and Industrial Cleaning.

Staff

We are family owned and operated, we treat our staff as part of our extended family.  All employees that work for us are trained, screened, back ground checked, insured and bonded prior to accompanying us into your building.  Training includes an emphasis on attention to details!
